How did Scott Adams use the Persuasion Filter to make predictions that often looked crazy at the time—but made a lot more sense later?
This week on Persuasion Club, Kevin and Steven begin Part 5 of Scott Adams’ Win Bigly: Persuasion in a World Where Facts Don’t Matter (2nd Edition) and dig into one of the most interesting applications of everything we've studied so far: using persuasion to predict what happens next.
Instead of asking only “What are the facts?”, Adams learned to ask another question:
“Who is the better persuader?”
We'll look at how the Persuasion Filter works, how Adams applied it to politics and Donald Trump, why it sometimes produced predictions that traditional experts missed, and what it can teach us about seeing the world through the eyes of a trained persuader.
